Do It With Fear

A free 30 day journey to face fear with compassion, science, and community.

Together, we learn how fear works, and how to move forward anyway.

FEAR IS A REACTION

Courage is a decision.

You have goals and dreams, but there’s a voice that says “I’m not ready” or “What if I fail?” That voice isn’t weakness — it’s your brain trying to protect you.

In this challenge, you’ll learn to understand fear, question the story it tells, and choose action anyway.

You can bring a friend or be matched with one, so you’re never doing this alone.

Share real wins and real struggles as they happen, with someone who truly gets it.

Build sustainable courage through accountability that feels supportive, not pressuring.

THE BLUEPRINT

A softer, braver way to move forward.

This challenge is not about forcing confidence. It is about understanding your fear, building emotional awareness, and taking courageous action with support.

1

Mindset Reboot

Understand the neuroscience of fear. Learn where your limiting beliefs come from and how to rewire your brain’s response. This isn’t about positive thinking — it’s about changing your relationship with fear at a neurological level.

2

Imperfect Action

Stop waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect plan, or the perfect version of yourself. Take messy, courageous steps forward. Progress over perfection. Done over perfect. Action is the antidote to anxiety.

Reflection & Integration

Pair up with your challenge friend to create sustainable momentum. Share your commitments, celebrate small wins, and show up for each other when courage wavers. This is where intention meets follow-through.

Journal your journey, track your emotional patterns, and process your experiences. The goal isn’t just to face fear once — it’s to build a repeatable system for courage that you can use for the rest of your life.

WHY I CREATED DO IT WITH FEAR

I'm walking beside you.

My brother used to say it like it was the simplest truth in the world: to be courageous is to be afraid, to feel the fear, and do it anyway. I have been trying to live by those words ever since I lost him. Some days I do. Some days I don't.

I wrote this challenge down a year ago. Then I froze. The stories came fast. Nobody will sign up. It will be a mess. Who am I to do this? I'm not ready. I spent a year listening to those stories, waiting for a version of myself that felt more certain.

And then I caught myself. Because I know exactly what I tell my clients: the right moment does not exist. The fear does not go away first. You move, and then it shifts.

So this is me doing exactly that. I am not teaching this from the other side of fear. I am in it with you. Every time I show up for this challenge, I am also confronting my own stories, my own doubts, my own very human resistance to doing the scary thing. We are not so different, you and I.

This challenge is not about fixing yourself. It is about learning how your brain works, noticing the stories you tell yourself, and choosing action anyway. With science, with reflection, and with the kind of community that makes courage feel a little less lonely.

Because whatever happens,
WE can handle it.
