I'M

My brother used to say this to me. He was more than a brother; he was the closest thing I had to a father figure. Today, his words are the foundation of everything I do.
I am a PCC-certified Life and Transformational Coach, but my path to this work wasn’t born out of a simple desire to build a coaching business. It was born out of reinvention, adversity, and, ultimately, survival.
A Life of Reinvention
I have spent my life moving across borders, cultures, and industries, reinventing myself at every turn. Born in Venezuela and raised in the United States, my journey has been anything but linear.
Mexico was the first place that showed me who I could become. Working at one of the country's first travel television channels, I learned how to tell stories, how to show up, and how to build something from absolutely nothing.
But it was in Panama where I truly learned the cost of success and the power of reclaiming my voice.
That leap opened a door to the global cycling industry. For a decade, I traveled the world working with brands like Trek, Cannondale, Camelbak, and SRAM, serving both multinational corporations and local brands throughout Latin America. I launched Latin Girls, the first women's cycling community in Panama. I fell in love with the creativity, the community, and the freedom of it all.
But after ten years, I slowly burnt out. I fell out of love with the life I had built, and something deep inside me needed to change.
The hardest shift in my life came with the loss of my brother. He was more than a sibling; he was the closest thing I had to a father figure. Grief has a way of cracking you open and rearranging everything you thought you knew.
Looking for grounding, I packed my bags and traveled alone back to Mexico, a place that has always brought the right people into my life at exactly the right time. True to form, it was there I met my Czech husband. For the past three and a half years, I have called the Czech Republic home.
It was during those turbulent years... navigating one profound loss and life change after another that I decided to become a certified coach. I didn’t do it to help others. Not at first. I did it to help myself survive.
I emerged a year later as a PCC-certified Life and Transformational Coach, trained at the Instituto Americano de Investigación y Formación in Buenos Aires. But I walked away with something far greater than a piece of paper. I experienced firsthand what coaching can do when you dare to go deep.
It stopped being about me. It became about profound human connection, listening to what isn't being said and walking alongside people during their most vulnerable moments.
Where the real
work began
My Coaching Philosophy:
The Answers Are Already Inside You
What I love most about this work is challenging the stories my clients tell themselves.
If we work together, you should know this: I am not here to give you the answers or tell you what to do. The most powerful work comes from within. It comes from facing the places inside you that feel scary, because that is exactly where your answers live. You already have the power to see through the noise. I am simply here to walk right next to you while you do it.

Why I work exclusively with women
I come from a deeply rooted family of women. My incredible and brave mother, my six aunts, my grandmothers, and the generations before them taught me what resilience looked like long before I ever had a word for it. That lineage lives in everything I do.
Over the years I have worked with a wide range of clients: traders and high-performance professionals, CEOs across industries, leaders in finance, technology, and the industrial sector. Men and women alike. And through all of it, one thing kept becoming clearer. The work I felt most called to, the conversations that went deepest and stayed with me longest, were always with women.
So I made a deliberate choice. Not because I haven't worked alongside men, but because this is where I know I can give the most. My coaching practice is now dedicated entirely to women navigating leadership, transition, grief, entrepreneurship, or whatever chapter is asking something of them.
All of my reinventions, my successes, my losses, and my growth have led me here. To a space built entirely for women.
Are you ready to do the work?
