Do It With FEAR.
A free 4-week journey to face fear with compassion, science, and community.
Together, we learn how fear works, and how to move forward anyway.
Understand the neuroscience of fear. Learn where your limiting beliefs come from and how to rewire your brain’s response. This isn’t about positive thinking—it’s about changing your relationship with fear at a neurological level.
Stop waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect plan, or the perfect version of yourself. Take messy, courageous steps forward. Progress over perfection. Done over perfect. Action is the antidote to anxiety.
Pair up with your challenge friend to create sustainable momentum. Share your commitments, celebrate small wins, and show up for each other when courage wavers. This is where intention meets follow-through.

I’m Mao Márquez-Nirkmajer, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Flow Culture Advocate. I work with traders, founders, and ambitious minds who know their next breakthrough won’t come from another strategy, but from mastering their internal environment.
I wrote this challenge down a year ago. Then I froze. And that’s the pattern, isn’t it?
As a high-performance and growth mindset coach, I’m excellent at believing in the power of my clients. But when it comes to myself? I doubt. I fear failure. I’m a perfectionist who doesn’t know what perfection looks like. Sound familiar?
So this is it! I’m not teaching from the other side. I’m walking beside you.
I’m doing this challenge with you. With fear, doubt, and imperfect action. Because courage isn’t the absence of fear—it’s the decision to move while listening to it. To understand it. To let it guide, not govern.
This challenge isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about learning how your brain works, noticing the stories you tell yourself, and choosing action anyway—supported by science, reflection, and community.
Let’s do it with fear. Together.
I came to coaching because I struggled with indecision that prevented me from starting and organizing my projects. Working with Mao gave me something invaluable—a clearer, more open vision about what I want to accomplish as a person.
The coaching experience was professional, clear, and precise, delivering positive and enlightening results that transformed my approach. I wholeheartedly recommend these coaching services to anyone feeling stuck in their decision-making process
I sought coaching for personal growth and to improve my international relationships. Through our sessions, I learned to recognize myself as a human being and discovered that I can achieve my goals through authenticity.
One of my biggest takeaways was understanding that while everything won't be perfect, it can still be functional—a liberating realization! My experience was wonderful and filled with clarity. The coaching journey provided exactly what I needed at a crucial time in my life
I approached coaching with anxiety about making a decision that would affect my child's life. The most valuable lesson I learned was that I need to let go—I can't and shouldn't try to control everything.
My experience working with Mao was excellent! I loved her dedication and support; the warmth of her listening came through even behind a screen. It was truly gratifying to work together, and I miss our sessions greatly. Thank you for everything you've done to help me navigate this challenging time.
I was at a point where I was searching for myself and feeling quite lost. With so many ideas swirling around, I needed help organizing my thoughts and was interested in hearing an outside perspective—someone who could help me see things from a different angle.
The most valuable outcome from our sessions was learning to ask myself the right questions, understanding how to truly question what I think, why I feel certain ways, and finding the root causes. When you know how to question yourself properly, it becomes much easier to clarify ideas and find solutions.
Initially, I was quite skeptical about coaching, but with Mao I felt comfortable from the beginning. I was able to open up easily, which allowed her to see beyond what I could express myself. She accompanied me with great empathy and patience, which made a significant difference in my process.
